The World Boxing Council (WBC) recently held a three-day Fitness Boxing Trainers Seminar in China. The event took place from May 10 to May 12. It brought together a group of passionate individuals eager to improve their skills in fitness boxing training.
The seminar was part of the WBC’s global education and development program. Its goal was to equip trainers with the necessary technical knowledge, safety procedures, and teaching methods. These are essential for running effective and safe fitness boxing classes.
During the seminar, participants took part in hands-on training sessions and classroom lessons. The program covered boxing techniques, pad work, designing group classes, and client safety. There were also exams to test the students’ understanding.
