24 Hour Fitness is responding to the growing demand for advanced recovery and performance tools in fitness centers with the launch of its new offerings: Recovery24 and Premium Fit24.
Now available at select clubs nationwide, Recovery24 provides members with access to Hyperice Normatec compression therapy and Human Touch massage chairs in a spa-like environment. On the other hand, Premium Fit24 offers intelligent training machines that come equipped with built-in tutorials, personalized progress programs, and workout tracking features.
“Recovery and progression are the two keys to achieving fitness results, yet they are often considered separately,” said Raphael Konforti, Senior Director of Fitness Business and Operations at 24 Hour Fitness. “With Premium Fit24 and Recovery24, we are bringing a boutique-quality experience right to our members’ home clubs. These amenities offer elite-level training and recovery tools, making them accessible to everyone and helping to create more personalized, effective fitness paths.”
In addition to these new services, 24 Hour Fitness is expanding its partnership with Dietitian Live, a virtual nutrition coaching platform. After a successful pilot program in 2024, the fitness chain plans to roll out the program to over 250 locations this year. Members will be able to access virtual sessions with registered dietitians, offering tailored nutrition strategies to support their health and wellness goals.
