Hong Kong, 19 May 2025 — A short video showing a woman posing in a bikini and high heels on a zebra crossing in Sai Ying Pun has gone viral online. The 42-second clip was filmed near Kensington Mansion on Queen’s Road West. It captures the woman striking fitness poses while a photographer takes pictures. Several passersby also stopped to take photos on their phones.
After the video spread widely, the woman revealed her identity on her Threads and Instagram accounts. She shared more photos from the shoot and wrote, “My first experience.” Her profile states that she is a fitness coach working in Mong Kok and Kwun Tong. She trains only female clients due to limited space.
The incident has sparked mixed reactions from the public. Some criticized her, saying she acted inappropriately and set a bad example. Comments included, “Doing unsuitable things in unsuitable places,” and “This sets a bad example.” Others defended her, arguing that as long as she did not block traffic, it was not a problem. Some also said, “Hong Kongers are so conservative.”
The video shows the woman stepping onto the zebra crossing while the pedestrian light was green. She posed confidently in the middle of the road. The photographer crouched nearby to capture the shots. Despite the presence of pedestrians and onlookers, she stayed calm and continued until the traffic light started flashing. Then she returned to the sidewalk.
On social media, many supported the woman after she revealed herself. Fans wrote encouraging messages like, “It’s you—keep it up!” and “Don’t care what others say, just do what you want.” Many also admired her figure. One user said, “Her physique is truly incredible.”
