The video starts with Shilpa standing in her home gym. She begins with high-knee twists. For this move, you place your hands behind your head. Then, lift your right knee up while bringing your left elbow down to meet it, which engages your core muscles.
Next, Shilpa jumps side to side, moving her arms playfully. She then shifts to jogging in place and different types of jumping jacks.
Cardio exercises have many benefits. They improve heart and lung health, help with weight control, and support mental well-being. Cardio also boosts energy, reduces stress, and sharpens the mind.
