INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Lauren Williamson, the owner of Pure Barre studios in Carmel and Zionsville, is set to open a new studio in Westfield this summer, expanding her fitness community.

Pure Barre provides a full-body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements, making it accessible to people of all fitness levels. The studio offers four class formats, including strengthening, toning, cardio endurance, and flexibility training.

“We meet you at all fitness levels,” Williamson said, highlighting the inclusive nature of Pure Barre’s approach.

Williamson, who has been involved with Pure Barre for over a decade, opened her first studio after falling in love with the workout and its community aspect.

“Carmel is where I took my very first class,” she said, reflecting on her journey from participant to owner. Pure Barre classes are set to upbeat music, creating an energetic and motivating atmosphere.

The 50-minute sessions offer participants a chance to focus on both their physical and mental well-being in a supportive environment.

“Our studio welcomes women of all ages, from their 20s to their 70s,” Williamson added, emphasizing the diverse and inclusive atmosphere.
