On Saturday, May 10, The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Health, Wellness, and Fitness Expo at Rob Fleming Park. The free event offered the community a chance to explore health and fitness vendors, take advantage of free health screenings, and participate in kid-friendly activities.
Sponsored by St. Luke’s Health, the expo featured 50 vendor booths providing information, giveaways, and free health screenings. The event also welcomed local first responders, including The Woodlands Fire Department, who showcased their vehicles. Families enjoyed the kid zone, sponsored by Main Event, which included games, face painting, bouncy houses, and other fun activities designed to keep kids active.
The Health, Wellness, and Fitness Expo provided a valuable opportunity for local businesses in the health, wellness, and fitness sectors to connect with the community and showcase their services.
