Starting this June, Anytime Fitness members in Australia will get free access to Apple Fitness+ for as long as their membership remains active. This means members can use Fitness+ alongside their regular workouts at their local Anytime Fitness gym without any extra cost.
For those who already use Apple Fitness+, there is a special offer: they will receive four weeks free when they sign up for a 12-month membership at Anytime Fitness.
Caitlin Bancroft, Group Chief Marketing Officer at Anytime Fitness, said, “We understand that going to the gym for the first time can be intimidating for many people. This partnership combines the motivation and guidance of Apple Fitness+ with the support from our gym teams. It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket and a community by your side.”
Apple Fitness+ provides thousands of workouts and meditation sessions in 4K Ultra High Definition. Users can access it on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Workouts range from 5 to 45 minutes and include 12 types such as Strength, HIIT, Treadmill, Rowing, Cycling, and Yoga. Fitness+ also offers audio experiences like Time to Walk and Time to Run.
Currently, Anytime Fitness operates more than 5,600 locations worldwide, across 42 countries and territories.
Jay Blahnik, Vice President of Fitness Technologies at Apple, added, “Apple Fitness+ was created to give people the freedom to work out anytime and anywhere. By partnering with Australia’s largest gym network, we are blending the convenience of digital fitness with the energy of gym training. This gives members more ways to stay consistent. Whether they are working out at the gym, exercising on days they cannot visit, or staying active while traveling, we help them maintain and improve their fitness wherever life takes them.”
