by Lana Green

Natasha “Tash” Oakley is a highly successful model, businesswoman, and wellness influencer. She is the founder of Monday Swim and The Pilates Class. Recently, Tash traveled to Los Angeles to promote The Pilates Class. She shared moments from her trip on Instagram, where she wore a gray two-piece workout set and captioned the post, “Last 18 hrs.”

Tash has revealed some of her fitness and wellness secrets in interviews with various publications. In a chat with Women’s Health, she shared her favorite workouts. On busy days, she does a 20-minute HIIT workout. “I was surprised I could burn as many calories in 20 minutes as I would in an hour at the gym,” she said. Her routine starts with 20 minutes on the treadmill, including sprints, followed by exercises targeting the core, arms, butt, and legs.

Diet plays an important role in Tash’s wellness routine. She told Women’s Health that she has cut out alcohol to maintain a healthy balance. “I still enjoy coffee and a glass of wine occasionally, but I find that alcohol makes me gain weight because you don’t realize how many calories it adds,” she explained.

Tash also balances her workouts carefully. In an interview with Net-A-Porter, she said she does not pressure herself to exercise every day. If she misses a workout, she trains harder the next day. “I don’t feel guilty about skipping a workout,” she said. “I eat well and make up for it by training harder the next day. If I don’t exercise, I at least do some stretching. I work out 3-4 times a week using the Body By Gilles program.”

For recovery, Tash prefers taking baths. She told Net-A-Porter that she always books hotel rooms with a bathtub when she travels. “I travel with Epsom salts and Aromatherapy Associates bath oils. Flying often leaves my joints achy, so baths help me relax,” she said.
