Jennifer Aniston has been sharing videos of her workouts at home, often accompanied by her dog Clyde. But she is not exercising alone. Sources tell Life & Style that Jennifer regularly holds private “fitness hangouts” with close friends, including Courteney Cox, Jeremy Renner, and other health-focused pals.
An insider reveals, “Jennifer has turned her home gym into one of the most sought-after workout spots in Los Angeles.” These sessions happen a few times each week. “They are very exclusive wellness mornings where her A-list friends can work out together without worrying about photos or fans,” the source explained.
The insider added, “There are not many group classes available for celebrities at Jennifer’s level. She really enjoys the energy of training with a group.”
The sessions are not only for famous friends. “She invites people close to her, like her hairdresser. Jennifer likes to be inclusive,” the source said.
During these fitness gatherings, everyone arrives early. They start with yoga, followed by a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class led by top instructors. After working out, the group relaxes together with green smoothies and healthy snacks. The insider noted, “It has become a regular ritual and a way for them to bond. Courteney is often there, and Jeremy has been coming more since his recovery. Clyde, of course, lounges around as the unofficial mascot.”
Jennifer recently shared a video on Instagram showing her doing a full Pvolve workout. Pvolve is a fitness method that combines low-impact exercises with resistance equipment. The actress has been a fan of Pvolve for two years. In an interview with Allure, she explained why strength training is so important for women over 50.
“Strength training is the most important thing for women in their 50s,” Jennifer said. “We lose muscle and our bones get brittle. Osteoporosis is a real risk. If we fall and break a hip, it can be serious.”
Jennifer said she tries to work out at least four times a week. “If I’m busy with work, sometimes I can only do two or three sessions. But as long as I get it in, that’s what matters.”
Regarding her diet, Jennifer follows an “80/20” rule. “Eighty percent of the time, I eat healthy. The other 20 percent is for enjoying a martini, pizza, burgers, and late nights with friends,” she shared.
Her usual lunch consists of vegetables and protein. For snacks, she prefers an apple with almond butter or popcorn, she told Women’s Health.
Jennifer also emphasizes meditation and tries to go to bed by 10 p.m. whenever she can.
