Malaika Arora continues to set fitness goals for her followers with her disciplined workout routine. The Bollywood actress regularly hits the gym and motivates fans with her dedication to health. In her latest Instagram post, Malaika shared a full-body workout video.
The workout begins with burpees. She then performs a kettlebell exercise called “around the world,” followed by ballistic rows using the kettlebell. After that, Malaika moves on to boxing punches. She finishes the routine with standing oblique crunches.
In the post caption, Malaika wrote, “Burn fat, Build fire.”
Recently, Malaika also highlighted the benefits of Hatha Surya Namaskara, a yoga sequence. She described it as an ideal full-body workout for people with limited time. She recommended doing 12 to 24 rounds of the sequence.
In the video, Malaika demonstrates the full flow. It includes several yoga poses such as Pranamasana (Prayer pose), Hasta Uttanasana (Raised Arms pose), Hastapadasana (Standing Forward Bend), Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian pose), Dandasana (Stick pose), Ashtanga Namaskara (Eight Limbed pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra pose), and Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog).
Malaika stresses the importance of syncing breath with movement. She encourages her followers to breathe consciously, inhaling and exhaling steadily throughout the practice.
