Orangetheory Fitness is continuing to expand its footprint across the United States as demand for its one-hour, heart-rate-based workouts grows.
The company, which calls its workout the “multivitamin of workouts,” currently operates nearly 1,300 studios nationwide. In an email to USA TODAY, Orangetheory said it sees strong potential for growth in suburban areas and mid-sized cities. The brand also plans to strengthen its presence in large metropolitan markets like Dallas, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
In 2024, Orangetheory merged with Self Esteem Brands. It now operates under Purpose Brands, a portfolio that includes Anytime Fitness, Basecamp Fitness, SUMHIIT Fitness, and other wellness-focused names.
