Anjani Bhoj, a content creator, has revealed how she lost 5 kilograms in just 40 days with a personalised fitness and diet plan created entirely by ChatGPT — and without spending any money.
Bhoj shared a video on Instagram documenting her weight loss journey. The video showed parts of her diet and workout sessions. In the caption, she explained, “I have PCOS. That means bloating, cravings, low energy, and stubborn fat that just won’t go away. But this time, ChatGPT gave me a real plan.”
She described how the AI chatbot helped her build a routine suited to her body, dietary needs, and fitness goals. Bhoj also shared the exact ChatGPT prompt she used to begin her transformation. She encouraged others to adjust it to fit their own needs.
“I didn’t skip a single workout and followed my diet plan strictly,” Bhoj said. She added that she did not take any shortcuts but showed up every day, even when motivation was low.
According to Bhoj, the plan took her Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) diagnosis and dietary restrictions into account. It avoided dairy and gluten but included eggs, chicken, basil seeds, salads, and whey protein.
“Not only did I lose 5 kilos, but I gained something bigger — discipline, strength, and trust in myself,” she said.
The ChatGPT prompt Bhoj used was shared in her post’s caption:
