PULLMAN, Wash. — It is never too late to try something new, like yoga.
This summer, the Pullman Recreation Center is offering free yoga classes specifically for seniors.
The classes will focus on gentle movements, deep breathing, improving flexibility, and building strength.
Certified yoga instructor Wiley Hollingsworth will lead the sessions.
Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing. They should also bring a yoga mat and a small towel if they can.
Classes take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday mornings. There are two time slots available: 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. and 10 to 11:15 a.m.
Registration is required to join the classes.
